The trap that Liberals fall into: because Biden doesn’t go out of his way to antagonize people (or hasn’t since the early days on the 2020 campaign trail—his minders appear to  be keeping a close watch on him to make sure he doesn’t miss his regularly scheduled naps and get cranky), Liberal Democrats look the other way when he refuses to even discuss universal health care and defunding the police. 

And when he sells the Israelis $735 million worth of weapons to reward them for pounding Gaza (and to help them reload), the silence of the Liberals is deafening. 

Trump so lowered the bar that any half-way normal human being seems refreshing. It was the same with Obama after the debacle that was Dubya-Cheney. But we’ve just returned to baseline—which was unacceptable to begin with. Those who give Biden a pass only show how Trump is the Democratic Party’s best friend.
